The State of Florida requires new residents to have a Florida License no later than 30 days after becoming a resident. It is valid for 6 years. Both cats and dogs must be licensed and have rabbies vaccinations. You can obtain a license by presenting proof of rabies vaccination from your veterinarian.The license fee is lower for animals that have been spayed and neutered. Voters Registration
Voters registration can be done in person or by mail. There are no residency time requirements to vote in Florida. Proof of residence however is requires. You must be at least 18years of age to vote.
